Chemech Aviation (Pvt.) Ltd., was incorporated on 28th June 1992 with the primary objective to operate as an aircraft ground handling agency at different airports in Pakistan and outside Pakistan. The company was granted license by Civil Aviation Authority to establish Ground Handling Agency at Quad-e-Azam international Airport, Karachi on 30th June 1993 and sub-sequentially for Islamabad Airport on 5th May 1993. The regular operations of the Handling Agency at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport, Karachi, were started on 1st June, 1993. The Operations started after the completion of various formalities and arrival of imported ground support equipment at Karachi Airport. The regular operations of the handling agency at Islamabad International Airport were started on 23 November, 1993. The Company is also under the process of obtaining permission from Civil Aviation Authority to establish Ground Handling Agency at Lahore International Airport.
